Everything You Need to Know About fees, Refunds, and Disputes
Last updated: Nov 05, 2024
THIS POLICY IS PART OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY.
FEES POLICY
Once verification is complete, freelancers can specify the prices they charge for their services. Employers can search for freelancers and pay the specified price, after which the funds will be transferred to a secure deposit account. The freelancer shall begin the work, communicate on the platform, and when the work is marked as complete by the employer, the freelancer can see the withdrawable amount in their dashboard.
We charge a 10% fee on the amount paid by the employer and transfer the remaining amount to the freelancer upon a request submitted through the methods available on the website. The freelancer can place a withdrawal request for a minimum of 1000 rupees, and funds will be transferred within seven (7) working days.
All such requests shall be subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined on the website and in the Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Service, if Find Nearbest determines that a Registered User has violated the conditions and restrictions of the website or Terms and Conditions, Find Nearbest reserves the right to refuse to process such a request.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the results of dispute settlement indicate that a refund should be made. Funds will be transferred within seven (7) working days. If a refund is issued, it will be a 100% refund, not partial.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Find Nearbest provides a dispute resolution service for both employers and freelancers after payment. This is done through methods available on the website, and a dispute can be raised only once for each service purchased.
An employer can raise a dispute if there is no communication from the freelancer within one working day after payment, if the service was not completed on time, if the service has been deleted by the freelancer, if the quality of service is unsatisfactory, or if there are any other issues that hinder the completion of the transaction.
A freelancer can also raise a dispute if the employer is not responding appropriately, if the employer fails to mark the service as complete when the required work has been done, or if there are any other issues that prevent the transaction from being completed.
After the employer marks the work as complete, no dispute can be raised by either party.
Disputes will first be referred for mediation, and if the outcome is acceptable to both parties, funds will be distributed according to the mediation results. If a refund is issued, it will be a 100% refund, not partial.
If the conflict cannot be resolved through mediation, our internal team will assess the matter and make a decision in compliance with the website and these Terms of Service. Both parties must abide by the decision, which our internal team will make within seven (7) working days. Accordingly, funds will be transferred within seven (7) working days after we have rendered a decision.
If a freelancer or employer does not respond to a request, Find Nearbest reserves the authority to take the necessary action, either automatically or manually.
